- Certification applications can only be completed in Certemy, once training and other certification requirements are complete. Certemy cannot be used to complete any training.
- Instructions to complete individual applications can be found using links below and/or in each step of the application.
- Applications will not be reviewed until all steps of the application are complete, and payment is received. All steps should say "Complete" or "Pending Verification" and show Green Dots.
- The review process can take up to 4 weeks once a completed application is received by NYCB.
