COMING SOON: Communities in Crisis Summit Series
Coming up this fall, ASAP, the NY Society of Addiction Medicine and Friends of Recovery NY will be hosting regional “Communities in Crisis Summit Series” that will offer a forum for members of ASAP, healthcare professionals, lawmakers, educators, policymakers, people in recovery, and concerned citizens to voice their concerns and ideas on the best ways to address escalating problems related to substance use disorders in their communities. It is essential that we continue to raise awareness and create an opportunity for collective community dialogue on new issues and policies surrounding serious issues, like prescription drug addiction.
